MEETING MINUTES

Meeting held @ San Felasco There were 12 adults and 1 junior members present.  Awards committee is working on restaurants and getting show results from Canterbury

Complaints on Nov. Show-prices, meal was outside and course designer not allowed to participate.  Voted on and passed to let course designer(jumping or driving) to show at the same time. It is not a conflict of interest.

Treasurer Report-$1560.54 in account.

Stallion Service Auction-only 1 stallion nominated, may cancel due to lack of participation.

A big Thank You to Kathy Logli for the amount of money she spent on raffle tickets.

Sept. Show-JoAnn Wilson will check on available of Tampa Fair Grounds.

Nov. Show- check to see if Canterbury will still host.

Looking into having a show during the FL. State Fair.

Lynda Gillen-Smith suggested having a tack swap/sale in the summer June/July.  Also, maybe a contest for the Ugliest Pony/Cob Contest.

Club Banner-voted on and passed to order one up to $100.00.

Next Meeting-at San Felasco Hammock Jan 16th at 11:am. Fee for use of the park is $5.30 per horse. Coggins is required for entrance.

FYI:MEMBERSHIP WILL RUN FROM THE MONTH YOU JOIN FOR 1 YEAR. DATES ARE ON YOUR ADDRESS LABEL.

If you know of any showgrounds you would like us to look into for the Sept. 2000 show let me know. 1. Must have stalls 40-50. 2. Have jumps available. 3.Also have a PA system.

FYI: Futurities are open to all ponies registered with WPCSA or in the case of foals be eligible for registration.Deadline for application is June 15, 2000 along with appropriate fees.

March 25-26 2000 Cancelled due to lack of showgrounds and too short of notice to regroup.

Sept.2000 Bronze Welsh Show Date & Place TBA

Nov. 2000 Gold Show @ Canterbury Date Cancelled by Management.
