This page is an unassuming showcase for members. The foals shown here
are new for our members and show how widespread the characteristics of the Welsh breed
have become. From the mischievous Section A Welsh Mountain Pony to the
larger Section D Welsh Cob and everything between. Section B's - the Welsh
Pony, Section C's the Welsh Pony of Cob type and half-welsh pairings with nearly
every other breed imaginable.
In the U.S. and around most of the world, our ponies and cobs are no longer
working alongside coal miners or helping deliver doctors to their patients in
wooden carts or carriages. Instead they've become partners in our everyday
lives with a much greater influence on our heartfelt emotions. They now
play an important part in that portion of our lives we can devote to sport and
recreation, and to further develop our understanding and appreciation of our
role, and sometimes the miniscule part we play in nature.
Please enjoy your tour through the photos of our beloved four hooved Welsh
friends!
